Two rounds of interview. first round with hiring manager and second round with 2 of the members in the team. second round had many technical questions, did not know how to answer one of them and was given some prompts.
Asked to pick a stock and basic questions. Be prepared. This was for investment banking they seemed willing to teach but you need a basic understanding of reits and investment banking
Long and drawn out. Varying levels of interest from then interviewing team throughout the process. During the interview there were additional participants on the call that never introduced themselves or turned on their camera.
Extremely slow process. No Transparency and communication during the entire process. The interviewer frames a perception and is not willing to change or give a chance to fair communication and tries to sabotage the conversation.
