Networked through an alum, got a phone interview, then 1 on 1 interview. Easy questions about my background and experiences, nothing too technical at all. Was not with HR, but someone who was in charge of the summer intern program as a whole as a side duty.
Got the offer right at the end of the interview. No real deadline to respond.
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer
Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.
