Had to do an online test with a bunch of math and management decisions. Afterwards if you did well enough on this you are selected to do a hirevue. The hirevue mainly consisted of personality based questions, with a few questions related to the field mixed in.

If you had to explain asset management to a friend who knew nothing on the topic, what would you say.
Started with an initial call with the Head of Asset Management, followed by interviews with an analyst and associate. Overall, the process felt similar to a traditional banking-style interview process.

Tough but it was a good experience. had to submit resume and cv and do some situational tests before getting in. I had a lot of fun doing the practice questions
