I received a call for an assessment test and took the test that most global Investment Banks provided prior to an interview. About 20 candidates took the test and 2 passed it including myself. (It was strange but UBS Seoul had its own standard for minimum test score requirement for each section.) I had interviews with two employees whom I will work with 1 on 1. Each interview averaged 20 minutes and it included English ability test. Most likely one of the interviewer really enjoyed speaking with me and he pushed to hire me to other people.

Basically the interviews were very plain. The question that I did not expect was my interest in future career division. I was applying for Equity Sales and Trading and the interviewer was wondering whether I am looking for IBD like many others. I was honestly not much interested in IBD specifically and I said so, but was not sure whether she trusted my words on that.
