Great interview. I interviewed with the office manager and then also met and spoke with the other two assistants. Everyone was very nice and professional. Didn't ask too many hard questions, general questions about experience working with other people and as an assistant.

How would you deal with a banker that is upset or angry they can't do something they want that is not in budget?
There were three rounds of interviews. Very challenging questions. It was not a good experience because of all the back and forth. Getting a call back took forever. The interviewers were nice and so was the atmosphere, but I wish they were more upfront about what they were looking for instead of so many interviews.
I had many interviews in person and dealt with HR during the hiring process through an outside agency. This was many years ago. The outside agency tested my computer skills also.
