Did online application and was later invited for a phone interview. It was not a very good experience as the line was disturbed and I could not hear the interviewer very well. Also, she had a strong American accent, which made it difficult to understand everything she said. Questions were pretty simple (What attracts you into applying to UBS, what attracts you into banking, what makes a good HR intern, etc).
