First, got an immediate notification about an initial assessment (more information on their website), then notification about video Hirevue about 2-3 days after submitting assessment. Had 7 weekdays to complete each.

Initial assessment - logic questions, pattern recognition
Video Hirevue - 6 questions (introduction, why this job/firm, what makes a great financial advisor, explain a time when you disagreed with someone, anything you'd like to add)
Superday interview after the hirevue. 2-1 interview with sales and financial advisor. They were quick with their questions didnt seem too interested in getting to know you. Questions werent too difficult, make sure you have stories to tell for behaviorals/situationals

Entrevista
Online assessment, Then teams video call with manager. Asked behavioral questions and Talked about current market and what is effecting all of the volatility. Asked 1 brain teaser towards the end (talked about the angle between the hour hand and the minute hand on a clock at a certain time). Fairly easy interview
Very behavioral, little technical. Assessment, HireVue, and then a SuperDay with the team you will be working with. Some brain teaser questions as well, but more common on what your experiences tie within the role as well as the experiences you made.
