Applied online but they also accept hard copy applications. Called after 2 weeks to book an interview. Interview that took 10 minutes. Asked basic questions about insurance and skills needed. Since it was health division, I was asked questions regarding pricing of policies and reserving and also data analysis skills using excel and other software.
