I was ghosted after completing all of the interviews. It started with a standard HR screening, then I met with the hiring manager, some of the team and then finally the head of the department. Communication was good and the interviews were well organized. But there is a high likelihood that you simply will not hear back from US Soccer once you have gone through all 5-6 rounds. I got the sense that the recruiting team is overworked and cannot send a rejection email to all candidates. A disappointing experience overall.
