First, in person interview at branch with manager and assistant manager, basic interview questions and scenario questions. Lasted about 45 minutes. Questions were straight forward and easy to underdstand, not too repetitive.

Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
