It was a two month process. Applied -> two weeks later got an email from a US Bank recruiter requesting time for a phone screen. (Phone Screen {30mins}: Talked about resume and experience. Recruiter passed my resume to Project Manager) -> One week later got an email from the same recruiter requesting time for a phone interview with the Project manager. (Phone interview {1hr}: Wanted to know my knowledge on the position and situational questions). -> One month later got an email requesting time for an in-person interview with the Risk and Compliance Manager . (In-person interview {30mins}: wanted to know my knowledge on the work I will be performing, Wanted to know why I was the right person for the position, what happens if I realized this position is not for me,.. etc). All the US Bank representatives I communicated with were nice friendly people.
