Interview process was smooth and professional. Management seemed aproachable making it seem like an ideal place to work. Their sign-on offer of $12.75/hr was attractive at the time for their entry level position.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
