Standard interview script and a mock call. Then a second interview with possible direct manager followed by extensive background check but no drug testing. They womt call if you dont get the job but will call if you are a candidate or are hired

Easy but long hiring process it took about a month after the interview to start working . It was a two part process very easy and smooth be comfortable and ready to answer questions of the past .

Lengthy. Required to answer circumstantial/situational/hypothetical questions. Mainly in regards to hypothetical customer concerns and not so much product service knowledge. Intimidating and feels like interrogation. Excessive questioning. The interview several candidates at once right down your answers to your questions and evaluate with other managers to see who is the best qualified based on who gave the best answer
