There were 3 interviews. 1st interview with an HR rep. The 2nd was a phone interview with a senior developer to cover technical knowledge. The 3rd was an in house full afternoon interview. The interview is to cover fit to the Tyler Tech developer community. Even though there were many technical questions, none of it really mattered, as they are really sizing you up to how you will contribute to the community.
