Phone interview with Recruiter. Recruiter was very nice and informative of the position. There was small talk of the salary information, but was somewhat transparent. Conversation also was about personal experience from resume, product knowledge of Tyler Tech. We also discussed who had referred me to Tyler or what my affiliation was.

The process was very lengthy with poor communication. I applied and heard back shortly from the recruiter to set up an initial interview. We hit it off, she said she would get back to me by the end of the following week. That turned into four weeks. I reached out because my application was still active. Heard nothing. Two weeks later she let me know they'd like to move forward with a second interview. I proceeded. That interview was quick and the team didn't seem comfortable interviewing candidates. I moved forward to a final interview and never heard back. They said I would hear back either way within a few days. I checked the status of my application and it says "closed."
