Submitted my application, and within a few days received a phone call for an initial screening. This led to a GoToMeeting with a manager, which was a one hour programming test. The objective was to modify an existing Java game to have an always winning AI. After that, another interview with a group.

Easy process, took a few weeks from start to finish, simple(ish) coding challenge, technical interview with a few members of the team, and then a few weeks of waiting. Communication was good and everyone seemed great!
