Started with an interview with HR, followed by an interview with the manager, and then 2 project managers I would be working with. Each interview was about 30-60 mins. From first interview to offer was a month. The first offer they sent me was lower than what I asked for so I counter offered and was granted my counter amount.

Was hard, asked a lot of questions that didn't exactly match the job description. They definitely exaggerated and downplayed some stuff. HR person was friendly, but the process is supposedly like 3 interviews. Made me kinda depressed and hopeless cause I'm tryna leave a horrible job.

There is a three-step interview process, with the final one being a presentation. They make you feel like you have a shot at getting a job. However, I never heard back. I was "ghosted" despite having the qualifications. Looking at previous interview experiences posted by others, it looks like this is becoming the norm with this company.
