The process was slow. I had to keep checking in in order to move forward with the process. The most important things they want to hear are what you know as a developer and, more importantly, that you're willing to learn anything. Attire here is Business Casual. I came in a full suit and felt a bit overdressed for the environment. Not that this is ever a bad thing, but it did feel a bit awkward to be better dressed than the person interviewing me.

Technical: Fantastic, overseers helped me code and were interested primarily how i worked, not how well i did. I was assigned to program a game with an algorithm to properly adjust and see how I worked in a team

Easy process, took a few weeks from start to finish, simple(ish) coding challenge, technical interview with a few members of the team, and then a few weeks of waiting. Communication was good and everyone seemed great!
