A long and drawn-out interview process. It began with an online technical interview. Next was a one-hour technical interview, then two one-hour back-to-back technical interviews. I scored perfect on all four of the technical interviews. Next was 3 back to back behavioral interviews. Did okay with these but felt that the behavioral questions seemed to be assessing one's communication skills in a personal setting rather than a technical setting. I then received a letter from HR indicating that I would have to wait a couple weeks for the next step in the prcoess. At this point I had multiple offers from top companies with deadlines approaching. No way I going to continue this long drawn-out process with Two Sigma and miss out on other great opportunities. Their process is too drawn out and I suspect they lose some great candidates.

first interview was 60 minutes long with a leetcode hard question. second interview was 2 back to back 60 minute leetcode hard with emphasis on data structures. each interview had a 5 minute introduction and 10 minute at the end to ask questions

Standard medium difficulty hackerrank. The question involved decoded an encoded string. It was not something I had seen on LeetCode before and I think was unique to the company. The question was not that difficult but I ran out of time right before I could finish answering.

Decode a string encoded using a specific encoding algorithm.
It started of with one phone screen, then if you pass you have 2 back to back technicals, then 3 1 hour behaviorals, hiring committee, and management committee. Standard Leetcode and behavioral questions.
