Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Two Sigma (New York, NY) en mar 2018
Entrevista
The process was atrocious. Between recruiters not calling me on time (15+ minutes late once, calling me out of the blue the first time), to interviewers not showing up on the day of the on-site (postpone the interview if half the team won’t be there that day), to a highly impersonal “cattle call” onsite with other interviewees (no big deal, but teach your coordinators some empathy, these are emotional decisions people make about moving from one employer to the next), to absolutely no closure (6+ months after interview, no update) this team did everything wrong.
There was one or two good natured people that were human in the interview process, but overall I’m not sure how they can convince themselves to show up everyday with the total lack of respect their team gave me who was potentially going to be a teammate.

I have been in recruiting for awhile so I know what the process is typically like and Two Sigma's is a bit odd. The process was odd in the sense that the candidate experience should've been amazing as there were lots of extras (free food, swag, wifi, computer access) but they messed up on the must haves. I didn't meet with the person that was listed in my confirmation email and there wasn't a real explanation for why. I was also never notified that I was rejected which normally I don't care about but it was a long interview so an email should've been sent. Interviews were over an hour with each person. I think if they hadn't set up such high expectations, I wouldn't have been so disappointed with the end of the process.
