Recruiter screen, 3 Face to Face, Hiring Manager call. Also included a case study to showcase Excel experience. Mostly behavioral questions. Everyone was very friendly and interview was a fair difficulty.

Step 1: Phone Screen from Irish internal recruiter. Step 2: Skype Interview with 3 guys including the hiring manager in San Franscisco. This interview gave me my first of many bad feelings about the company. The three interviewers never turned their cameras on which really bothered me. Post interview I emailed the recruiter for feedback and to tell her I was in another process. I wanted to know how many was left in the process and how long it will take to complete but she never emailed back. Step 3: 4 x 40 minute face to face interviews in the Dublin office. Each interviewer stated they didn't know why they were interviewing me. Interviews were very unstructured and I was constantly interrupted while answering a question. The interviewers told me there was two left in the process including myself and I would receive a call in 2 days. I never received any calls so I emailed the recruiters (Monday) and they responded stating that they were still interviewing candidates and that they will be in touch before the end of the week. The end of the week passed and I never heard anything. Another week passed and I still never heard anything. Advice to Twilio: You are interviewing candidates but candidates are also interviewing you. Turn your camera on during an interview. Advice to Recruiter: Do your job. It's already an easy job so do it properly. Twilio might be a great company to work for but these cancers are giving it a bad reputation. Stop wasting candidates valuable time.
