Applied through their site and received an immediate response (about 30 min later) to have an in-person interview. Arrived at their warehouse and had to wait like 15 minutes because apparently they were on break at that time.
Interview setting was pretty casual. Fairly simple basic questions. I thought it went pretty well and that we connected. She asked me my what shifts I am available for, and what day I could come in for a trial shift. I was even asked if I'm eligible to work in the US and can I provide proof etc. I was pretty excited, and then I received a rejection email next morning.

You are brought upstairs one at a time to an area with couches for the interview. It is very informal and stays clear of traditional interview questions, save for one or two. It mostly seems like they are tying to determine if your personality will mesh with their "hip" techy culture.

Are you okay with being timed in your performance and meeting a quota?

Extremely easy, interview was during the afternoon at the warehouse. Asked basic questions. If the interview goes well, you get chosen for a trial shift. This is when they make sure you're a good fit.
