process was very quick and easy. i basically had a phone convo with supervisor and described my experience. was really satisfied with the whole process and i received a job offer some time later.

The interviewer was kind and easy to get along with. The process, however, was a little confusing, because on their preparatory materials they make it seem like you'll have to give a sample tutoring session where the interviewer acts like the student, but this wasn't what happened. The interviewer simply asked about my experience teaching and tutoring and told me a little about the job.

Introduced me to the classroom application software and then asked me a few questions about my teaching/tutoring experience. There was no mock session/the interviewer pretending to be a student and I the tutor.
Voice interview using the tutor.com software. Much of it is an introduction to the company and their policies, and they're not very helpful in terms of answering questions about the actual tutoring process
