Very long and unnecessarily repetitive process. Mixed feedback from all of the five managers that I communicated with, including the one that lives in a van who awkwardly commented on my Microsoft Teams generic background. Overall, my takeaway was that they are a very disorganized bunch and unsure about what they were looking for in a candidate. Ultimately, wasted a ton of my time and used me as learning tool when it became clear that I was overqualified for the position.
