My recruiter has been knowledgeable and prompt. Invites were sent through teams. My first interview after the initial recruiter screen was a panel. The flow was professional, but relaxed. I received feedback right away, and everyone was very warm, allowing for my questions. The interviews were scheduled for a full hour, which did seem like a lot at first, but time was used efficiently and we ended about 10 mins early.
