Terrible. They did not know what they want in the first place before wasting 3 hours of my time. It was 3 separate interviews and they were all panel interview with the same people….. I did not understand the use of interviewing the same panel of people 3 times? technical and behavior questions but there was one person that seems to care only about diversity. At the end I figure out they had no idea what they want and was just brainstorming. The actual hiring manager had no power and a total waste of my time. The questions were easy but awful experience. I didn’t know the 2nd interview was with the same group until a day before the interview and the same for the 3rd. l
