El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en TuneIn
Entrevista
There were four interviews over the phone and one included a coding challenge over google docs. Most questions were regarding past experience. The recruiters were relatively responsive. Every conversation was pleasant enough.

Asked about prior experience and then a couple of algorithm teasers.
Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en TuneIn en may 2021
Entrevista
As usual interview.
Recruiter call and then initial technical phone interview.
Recruiter was unresponsive, replied email after few weeks.
Initial technical interview: I talked with the vice president of platform and data, and he tried took half an hour describing the problems that they were facing, and why I won't ever be able to solve that technical problem. Total waste of 30 mins. They don't know what the problem they want to solve, let alone how to solve. The interviewer didn't have any preparation for the interview. Just came in and vaguely described the problem. A total mess of an interview.

How to rewrite the older codebase into a newer codebase that doesn't have older .net framework? Older .net framework have some libraries that couldn't be found in the newer framework. The system is running all the time, so it won't be possible to take that offline. There's no testing suits developed to test the software. How to test and fix the bugs without testing suits? Do you have any experience working with that type of problem?
Phone screen, coding assignment, onsite.
The recruiter did a poor job of setting expectations regarding the interview process. In the onsite, in addition to whiteboarding, they want to see you produce actual executable code. So its basically pair-programming type interview where you code and they watch. I think the process is ridiculous but whatever works for them I guess. The recruiter should have clearly indicated that this is how they were going to conduct the interview so that people who choose to put themselves through it can atleast bring a proper laptop.
In the onsite interview, some interviewers were good but some were really immature and inexperienced. Overall the interview was a waste of time because I did not learn anything new and did not enjoy the discussions. The questions were mostly easy, but the interviewers had certain answers in mind and wanted those exact answers.
The company uses Windows (and c# I believe). This company wants to be Netflix for radio. I did not get an offer but I don't think I would have accepted one. I could see that there are some management issues as the reviews suggest. On the plus side, the facilities seemed nice and the company is located close to caltrain.
