I had a first round phone interview with HR and a second round in person interview. The second round interview consisted of 3 different individual interview with Product, Engineering and Marketing. There also was an audition where I was asked to design a product and explain how I would role it out. The phone interview was very straight forward and it took about 2 weeks from Tunecore to get back to me and schedule the in person interview. In person interviews were more intense ~ 45 min each but overall very nice people. The audition was fun and at the end of the process I was told i did a good job and Tunecore would be in touch with me to let me know if I get the position (no more rounds were needed). Two weeks went by and I heard nothing so I decided to contact HR. I was told they are still in the process of interviewing people for the position, but they should get back to me within a week. A week went by and I heard nothing. also the holiday period started so I assumed they would get back to me afterwards. Another two weeks went by and I still didn't hear back from them so I tried to email HR with no response. I finally heard back from HR after 1 month telling me they aren't moving forward with my application. Overall the people were nice but HR has a lot to do in in their recruiting process.
