The interview process for this position start with an interview with the store manager. If he/she likes you then you will have to take an assessment test. The test is just a standard test to check your personalities, it also has a few math questions. If you pass the test the you will have an interview with either the area manager or district manager. Then it's just the usual background check

Met the Manager in the store and then found an empty table in the mall to sit and talk. Had some standard interview questions like tell me a time... very nice, he had great ideas.

Very straight forward and simple interview. Only downside was that it took 3 weeks to finally get an offer of some kind. Overall the process was quick and easy, the interviewers were very pleasant and had a lot of good things to say about the work environment and the company of course.

They are looking for highly motivated, passionate sales leaders who are able to multi task and drive the team to maximize sales. They emphasize greatly on how you intend to push the team to be better sales people. There was no private office in the back room for the interview but there were little distractions. They are friendly but to the point. Come prepared.
