I recently interviewed for a web designer role at Tull.io, and I have to say, it was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had so far! They were quick to schedule the interview and provided a detailed overview of what to expect, which was super helpful. There was a slight delay at the beginning, but they were very transparent about it, so no complaints on that front. During the first round, I spoke with a senior designer who made me feel comfortable right from the start. It wasn’t just a dry technical interview—there were also thoughtful questions about my design philosophy, and they wanted to know how I approach problem-solving, which I appreciated. We discussed my portfolio in-depth, and they asked specific questions about the projects I had worked on, which gave me an opportunity to explain my design process and what I learned from each project.
