The interview process was lengthy and time consuming. I first was invited to complete a 1 way video interview, after that I was to expect a personality quiz - that never came. They posted the same role 6 months later - I applied again, did the 1-way interview, and waited. This time I reached out to their HR person, who informed me sometimes the system doesnt send out the remaining interviews links. She sent me the personality quiz and we scheduled a 15 min phone screen that lasted over an hour. She was very excited to get me in to meet the team. My live interview was scheduled about 2 weeks later. I met with a member of sales and a member of the marketing team. The interviewers seemed more interested in dicovering any gaps in skills and short comings that they were listening to my story. Sales guy stared at floor the entire time and only question he asked was "What IS a blog?". I explained they had one on their site they post to weekly. At the end of the interview, I was told they would be in touch. I sent a thank you email and the Marketing manager said he would reach out the following week with any potential next steps. When I didnt hear from anyone for 3 weeks I reached out and was ghosted. They talk about culture, efficiency, and communication but I did not experience that.
