The interview process was fairly straight forward for a CSM/AM type of role. 1. Meet and greet with recruiter 2. Meet with hiring manager and peer 3. Present a business review to hiring team Everyone at Tubular is so friendly and it never felt like it was an interrogation or "are you good enough to join the club?' type of mentality. All of the conversations, whether it was with the team or one on one were genuine get to know you and your skillset conversations. Everyone genuinely cares about your personal interests as much as your qualifications. This is comforting as an interviewee, because the Tubular team wants to make sure that you feel that you would thrive and feel apart of the team, just as much as they do. The only negative to the hiring process was speed. It seemed to be a very slow process, where I had other companies moving much quicker and needing a response. However, this was voiced and I know Tubular is making an effort to speed this up.
