I applied for two positions of project assistant and purchasing specialist. I got a phone interview for both positions but they rejected for the same reason that I do not have technological background. For the project assistant position, I can understand that. However, for the position of purchasing specialist, it sounds like an admin assistant. They just required to mainly buy computers. Come on, does this really need technological background?!
