I completed an online application at the end of April and was contacted 2 weeks later for a face-to-face interview with the recruiter. The interview process went pretty smoothly. I was mostly asked behavior questions and a couple of general interview questions. A week later the hiring manager for the department called to set up an interview with me. She was very pleasant and the interview with her felt more like a conversation. A day after interviewing with her, my recruiter called back and offered me the position. Upon successfully passing the drug test and the background check, I received my official Trustmark Welcom Packet via email. Overall, the interview process was very professional and somewhat relaxed.
