Entrevista
I was contacted via e-mail and had to go into the Trustly (Lisbon, PT) office for the interview. It was a little bit odd because nowadays most companies do the interviews remotely (at least for the first stages), but I was ok with that. What surprised me was that even though I physically went to the office I was still doing a remote interview with the Team Lead from Malta. The interview itself was quite chill and it was easy to talk about my background, and experience and discuss other topics related to the job/company.

Biggest strengths and weaknesses Do you know what Trustly does
had a quick call with the TA, we then had an in person meeting with the hiring manager. They kept me in the loop the whole process via both phone and email which was appreciated.
Many stages of tests and interviews, but definitely do-able. They are fair and honest about the conditions that come with the job. Everyone I spoke to was great and made me feel welcome.
