Screening call is actually a small code/technical test, so be prepared. Only told at screening that pay will be in crypto. No mention of income tax implications. So be aware to be paid you'll probably have to setup as self-employed, which they ask you if you can legally work in your country. Presumely none of the employment rights of a full-time employee either. Very narrow focus.

1. Call with HR, quite the standard call, except the part about committing and hard work. 2. First technical call, just chat about some cases. Quite a professional call with work-related questions. 3. Take home task with 3 days deadline. After sending the result, was ghosted for a week. In a week received a promise about feedback in 2 days. A week after the promise, received just a "no", with one more promise to send full feedback later. Never got it, and was ghosted again.
