Do you do well working alone or in a group? A lot of our universal branches have only one teammate and a manager working at a time for the majority of the year.
Online app followed by video submission. In the video portion you may also have to do aptitude and customer service tests. You can record the video as many times as you need which is helpful.
The first interview was you recording yourself answering questions via a video. You got questions you needed to answer and was able to record yourself answering it. The second interview was face to face with the branch manager.
