Was interviewed by the Manager of Business Development and the CEO of the company. Very simple and transparent interview session. There were 2 stages. The first one was with the manager and the second one was with the CEO. Because I applied for Business Development Exec position, the interview session was merely about sales. Basically, your role is just to make phone calls and call as many client as you can to sell the company's product(joining conference). Therefore, on second thought, I think this position was more to telemarketing.
