      Entrevista

      I had a phone screening, an assessment followed by a video interview a few days later. The interview seemed to have gone well, I was interviewed by 2 ladies to which even one of them stated "I won't ghost you, I know how the market is". A few days later I followed up with an email, didn't get a response until the following week stating "You're still in consideration". A few more weeks have gone by, I've emailed and have heard nothing at all. So much for not ghosting..

      Entrevista

      Was asked to complete the first and second round interview after a personality assessment was completed. It was the community manager position specifically for AT&T as their client...first round interview went very well with one of the higher ups, almost made it seem like I was a shoe-in. Then during the second round interview, it was with the direct manager, she was cold and asked very basic/textbook questions. I asked her how long she'd been in her role and with the company and it was only a couple months. I had some technical difficulties during the interview via google meet. Don't know if that affected me, but I have no idea why I wasn't hired from the feedback I was getting during the interviews.

      Entrevista

      Interview was simple. I had an intro call with HR, social media assignment, then a video interview. Questions were straightforward about my experience. I interviewed twice for the same position. One contract and one full time. I was rejected both times. Leads me to believe they aren't hiring externally or at all? Extremely frustrating for me to do the entire process twice and still not be hired. They didn't even let me know I was rejected. I had to email them 2 weeks after the interview to ask what my status was. They asked me during the interview if I would consider doing a "leadership path", which I said yes to. That's what made me think they were going to offer me a position. Jobs with this company were recommended to me in my LinkedIn feed because my experience matched the position and I was a top applicant.
