Phone Interview by HR, the questions did not seem very professional. Questions delved into personal details that were irrelevant to anything related to skills or prior work experience. Not very good HR. I was offered a day and time for in-person interview and was told I would hear back to confirm, but never heard back. When I emailed the day before interview for confirmation I was told that the supervisor had not had a chance to go through the resumes up for interviews, as they were in the middle of an audit. Not professional in my opinion, just let me know after further evaluation you decided not to proceed. I'm okay with not being contacted to follow through with the interview.
