Interview was scheduled with HR rep. She wasn’t available so the recruiter did the interview and indicated that information would be shared. It was done via Zoom. Recruiter was approachable and thorough. The recruiter indicated a response would be given by end of week. It wasn’t. I followed up the next week and was told they’d gone a different direction.

First interview is virtual. It was around 45 minutes. They really want to know your experience and who you are on what felt like a corporate level. Next part is a critical thinking assessment online. It felt like taking a test in high school. Didn’t feel it was relevant to the job or the industry. In person interview was relaxed and more personal than the virtual interview. Company culture seems great and fast paced.
