The final interview was unprofessional. It was scheduled as a video call with two QA professionals – the global QA manager (USA) and a senior QA from Stockholm. However, the senior QA joined without video and didn’t explain why. It was very distracting and made the conversation awkward. As a candidate, it felt disrespectful and gave a poor impression of their communication culture.
