3 rounds. 1st was a 20 minute call with recruiter, 2nd was a 1 hour long video call (first 30 minutes with HR, second half with 2 supervisors). 3rd round was a skills assessment (proofreading, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel) 4th round was in person (1 hour long, first half with other legal assistants, second half with some of the attorneys potentially working under)
