It was very unprofessional. The job itself did not align with the job description (says it would be hybrid but is in-person every day). Seems as if the interviewer was just looking at my resume in the moment and making sweeping remarks without asking me specific prepared questions. Questions asked felt irrelevant to the position. Company is small but seems to be behind the times regarding recruitment efforts.
