First call with HR/Recruitment team to talk about the company, the position and briefly about the project. Second call to do a on screen technical test. Basically you'll share your screen and start working in a challenge, a small app in my case. Last call was with the customer to understand a little better about the project, the role and the expectations.

O processo de entrevista e escolha do candidato é rapido e efetivo. Retorno rápido sobre o resultado e bem aberto a negociacoes. Entrevistas feitas e mediadas no idioma ingles.
