You will go through one point of contact (Mr. Whitworth) for your first interview. which will be a phone call. After that, you are going to have a Skype type interview with 2 of the partners. If you make it to the next round, you are then asked to come into the office for an interview. If there is a travel issue, the third interview will be done over a Skype type platform again. Finally, if you are chosen for the final group of potential candidates, you are to complete an assignment directing a customer how to invest in a certain type of commercial real estate. From here, you are either extended an offer or notified that you have not been chosen.

First person I talked to was extremely nice and engaging. The second person I talked to made me feel extremely undervalued since I did not know how to use the alt function of excel. I was offered the position but declined becuase I felt undervalued.
