Applied both online and via employee referral. Process took about 4 weeks. HR was very friendly and responsive throughout the process. Initial phone screen with HR, followed by a 45-min fit interview with someone from upper management. Final round in the Waltham office consisted of 5 back-to-back interviews with an Associate Consultant, 2 Consultants, a Senior Consultant, and a Principal. All interviews consisted of behavioral/fit and a market sizing life sciences case. All very straight-forward. Very pleasant experience and HR said I should hear back about a decision within 2 days.
