What is a challenge you have experienced and how did you overcome it?
Multiple rounds incorporating behavioral and cases focussed on healthcare aspects related to the work Trinity takes on as a firm. Standard case prep should be efficient. All Trinity colleagues were great during the recruiting process.

Same structure for all three Increasing senior staff for each round
Not too difficult and cv check all three rounds
Despite going to the office for in person interview- received no response in over a month + no response to a follow up email from HR. Very upsetting considering how much time and effort spent - a rejection would've been better than ignoring.
