I got a call from a recruiter for the profile of Sales Operations Specialist. The process took more than 2 months with 4 rounds of interviews. I interviewed at Trinity in May 2022 1st Round with the HR, Telephonic screening round interview around 20-25 Minutes. 2nd Round with the technical round on Microsoft Teams around 50 Minutes. 3rd Round with Manager Round approx. Microsoft Teams 45 Minutes 4th Round Coulter fit round with 3 panel members from other departments on Microsoft teams approx. 50-60 Minutes. I thought the interviews went fine but I have been ghosted by the company after that. No communications, no updates, nothing whatsoever even after multiple follow-ups with the consultant. The job search can be quite overwhelming but ghosting in the middle of an interview when you thought everything went well can leave a dent in your confidence. If you have a call with them, do yourself a favor and save some time as this has happened to other candidates as well. After 1 Month of continuous follow-ups and not receiving any feedback or response from the recruiter as well as company I decided to not take further follow-ups with the recruited for my self-respect.
