I applied online via an employee referral, and communicated with their recruiter by email and phone. The recruiter was very friendly and constructive, and they seemed impressed with my qualifications and workplace experience. The process was supposed to consist of a written test then face-to-face interviews, but my application was rejected by the hiring manager before any of that due to a minor trivial reason that wasn't even directly related to the requirements of the role. To their credit, the recruiter was very apologetic and assured me that they would speak to another manager to explain the situation, in the hope that they'd reconsider. I never heard back. Between this and the reviews on here, it appears that certain individuals in the leadership team have rather...difficult personalities and opinions about their hiring process, priorities, and how they treat people. I presume that they were trying to project an image of professionalism and high standards (which is what made me so interested in the role to begin with) but in reality they just came across as petty and unreasonable. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would have second thoughts about applying for a role at their company again.
